Make sure poll workers are prepared to interact with voters with disabilities or other access problems
  • Provide a reference for basic disability etiquette.
  • Make sure everyone knows state eligibility rules and how to handle uncertain situations.
  • Make sure everyone knows the rules about who can assist a voter in the poll and post those rules where they can be easily seen (using large print, high contrast, eye-level placements, etc.)
